Quantification of atmospheric emission by calculation tools
Enviroconsult assists industries and public authorities to quantify atmospheric emission at their own scale.
We rely on standard tools and methods either national (INERIS, CITEPA...) or international (US-EPA, CORINAIR ...).
Regionally, the quantification of emissions of air pollutants is a complex task requiring the crossing of a multitude of information and approaches, combining "bottom-up" methods (adding individual sources) and "top-down" methods (distribution at a finer scale of emissions calculated globally). The result may be in the form of an inventory or a register.
Air Quality Planning for Territories
From a complete diagnosis that includes the state of the air, the effects on health, on the environment and on heritage buildings, some specific tools can be used, such as regional master plans for air quality (RPAQ) in France. This type of tools defines the medium and long term strategies and guidelines to prevent or reduce air pollution in order to achieve the goals of air quality defined in the same plan.
These plans are developed under the auspices of a committee including various regional actors: industries, local authorities, decentralized services of the state, associations, experts etc.

Control and Reduction of industrial air pollution
